Via HDMI Cable：
1. Connect your PC to the projector using an HDMI cable.
2. Press the Windows logo key + P, then select one of the following options:
PC screen only: Displays everything on your PC screen only. (For wireless projectors, this option will show as "Disconnect.")
Duplicate: Shows the same content on both screens.
Extend: Expands the display across both screens, allowing you to drag items between them.
Second screen only: Displays everything on the connected projector screen, leaving the PC screen blank.

Via Wireless:
1. Ensure both the projector and Windows device are connected to the same network.
2. Go to All App > ScreenCast > Miracast and click the START button on the projector.
3. Press the Windows logo key + K on your device, then select the projector.
Note: Content from streaming services like Disney+ and Netflix cannot be mirrored or cast due to copyright protections. To view this content, install the relevant apps directly on the projector.

Screen Mirroring From iPhone or iPad:
1. Ensure both the projector and iOS phone are connected to the same network.
2. Open Control Center and click on Screen Mirroring.
3. Select the projector
4. Once connected, your phone's screen will be displayed on the projection surface.

Screen Mirroring From Mac
1. Make sure that your Mac and projector are on the same Wi-Fi network. Your phone's hotspot is also OK.
2. Click the AirPlay icon on the Mac and select your projector to start mirroring. The AirPlay icon in the menu bar will turn blue when AirPlay is active.
3. To stop mirroring, click the AirPlay icon again and then select Turn AirPlay Off.

Note: For MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and iMac, the AirPlay icon will only be displayed in the menu bar when AirPlay mirroring is available.

1.Update the firmware to the latest version.
2.Clear the Bluetooth records.
3. Restart the projector and try pairing again.
4.Connect another Bluetooth speaker or headset
5. Keep the projector close to the Bluetooth device, avoiding metal objects or walls between them.

Note: Miracast and AirPlay use Wi-Fi connections, not Bluetooth. The projector only supports Bluetooth audio output devices (such as speakers or headphones), not phones or other transmitters.

Try the following steps to see if they help:
1. During setup, press the "left” and “right” buttons of the remote control simul-taneously to pair and connect the projector.When pairing and connecting, the Bluetooth light will flash.
2. While pairing, point the remote at the infrared receiver.
3. Or go to Settings > Bluetooth > Available devices to search and pair.
Note: The distance between the remote and projector should not exceed 20cm.

Some apps are designed for mobile devices and require the mouse mode to be activated for navigation. Follow these steps to enable the air mouse function:
1. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device.
2. Press and hold both the “Left” and “Right” buttons simultaneously to enter pairing mode.
3. Press the “Mouse” icon on the remote to activate the air mouse function.
4. Move your wrist to control the cursor using the air mouse feature.

Go to Settings > Projection settings > Digital scaling

Go to Settings > Projection settings > Manual trapezoidal

Press the "electronic focus" buttons on the remote control to manually adjust the focus.

The projector with Android 14 does not include Display settings for adjusting Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation, or Sharpness within the Android system interface.
However, when using HDMI or USB Drive mode, you can access these picture adjustment options by pressing the “MENU” button on the remote control.

Try the following steps to see if they help:
1. Hit the Volume Up/Down button on the remote control
2. Connect your projector to an external Bluetooth speaker via Settings > Bluetooth > Available devices
3. Factory reset the projector via Settings > Other Settings > Restore factory settings

If the image looks blurry or cannot be focused properly, please try the following steps:
1.Check the placement distance
Make sure the projector is placed within the correct throw distance range of 0.6 to 2.5 meters. If it’s too close or too far, the image may not focus correctly.
2.Move the projector slightly
Gently adjust the projector’s position (forward or backward) and see if the auto-focus feature improves the image clarity.
3.Update the projector to the latest version
Make sure your projector is running the latest firmware version, as updates often include performance improvements for focusing。
4.Try manual focus
Use the focus buttons on the remote control to manually adjust the focus. Check if the lens moves in or out when you do this — this helps confirm that the focusing mechanism is functioning properly.
5.Avoid reflective surfaces
Avoid projecting onto shiny or reflective walls, as this can affect the camera’s ability to perform auto-focus. For the best viewing experience, we recommend using an anti-light (ALR) screen.

This projector supports automatic vertical keystone correction and manual horizontal adjustment. When using auto keystone, please note that it only corrects the image vertically. For best results, ensure the projector lens is directly facing the wall. If the image still appears distorted, follow these steps:

1.Place the projector on a flat, stable surface and make sure the lens is perpendicular to the wall for a properly squared image.
2.Go to Projector Settings > Projection settings > Reset trapezoidal correction.
3.If needed, disable automatic keystone correction and manually adjust the image for optimal alignment.

Try the following steps to see if they help:
1. Try another Wi-Fi network and update the firmware. Go to Settings > System information > About devices > Online upgrade
2. Check if your time zone is accurate via Settings > Date and time > Time Zone
3. Clear data via Settings > My Apps > (App Name) > Clear Cache.
4. Reset the projector via Settings > Other Settings > Restore factory settings

Try the following steps to see if they help:
1. Place the projector and your router within 16 ft / 5 m of each other. Test if other devices can connect to Wi-Fi.
2. Check if your time zone is accurate via Settings > Date and time > Time Zone
3. Try a different Wi-Fi network or connect to your phone's hotspot.
4. Try your router's 2.4GHz and 5GHz settings.
5. Reset the projector by going to Settings > Other Settings > Restore factory settings.
6. Reboot the router

Try the following steps to see if they help:
1. Use a different HDMI cable.
2. Connect your projector with another device with your HDMI cable.
3. Disconnect from your projector and try connecting your device with your TV via HDMI.
4. Adjust the HDMI output resolution/Hz of the connected device to match your projector.

Go to Settings > System information > About devices > Online upgrade

Go to Settings > Other Settings > Restore factory settings

Go to Settings > System information > About devices > UI version

Automatic vertical keystone correction works best when the projector lens is directly facing the wall. If the results are unsatisfactory, follow these steps:

1. Place the projector on a flat surface and ensure the lens is perpendicular to the wall.
2. Navigate to Settings > Projection Settings > Keystone Correction > Initial Angle Correction.
3. If needed, disable the automatic keystone correction and make manual adjustments for optimal alignment.

1.Keep the projector and router within 16 feet (5 meters). Check if other devices connect to Wi-Fi.
2.Verify time zone accuracy in Settings > Time and Date > Time Zone.
3.Try a different Wi-Fi network or use your phone’s hotspot.
4.Test both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands on your router.
5.Reset the projector via Settings > Other Settings > Restore Factory Settings

LCD projectors create images by projecting light onto a wall or screen. When the surrounding light is strong, the image contrast may be reduced.
For a better viewing experience, we recommend using the projector in a dim or dark environment, closing the curtains, or using a projection screen.

To ensure optimal performance and take advantage of our latest features and updates, please upgrade to the most recent software version before first use. You can do this by navigating to Settings > About device > Online upgrade.

Due to the HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) agreement, screen mirroring may not function properly (no image or sound) when attempting to mirror content from certain apps, such as Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, and others. We recommend that you use a streaming device such as a Amazon Fire Stick or Roku.
